s/v Genesis, Shannon 38 Cutter
For those of you who don't know already, we have a website: www.wyattsailing.com. Our website was begun in 2008 when we retired and traveled to Mexico aboard our sailboat, Genesis. We posted stories about our travels in Mexico, Florida, up the Eastern seaboard to Savannah, and to the Bahamas until mid 2011.
In the summer of 2011, Susan returned to work for 14 months. Our beloved Genesis was docked in a marina in Gulfport, Mississippi. At that time, we "retired" our website.
In December 2012, we resumed our travel aboard Genesis and traveled across the panhandle of Florida, down the west coast of Florida, and to the Florida Keys. In April 2013, we crossed the Gulf Stream from Florida to Bimini, Bahamas and traveled to the Exumas, Bahamas where we stayed for hurricane season from May 2013 through November 2013.
We have left the Exumas and are now in Turks and Caicos, where we will begin posting on our new blog, http://wyattsailing.blogspot.com. If you would like to subscribe to our blog, add your e-mail address to the box on the right and you will receive an e-mail when we post a new story.
Thank you for your interest in our travels. We look forward to sharing our experiences with you!
